I have a 2003 XC90 with an AC problem. The blower blows at normal speed but will not blow at high speed. The air from the system is cold but is not blowing hard enough to cool the vehicle in 90 degree tempertures. Any ideas on the problem?

Thanks Bill. Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the pump? I found onlyone access panel on the driver side of the vehicle. There was no secondary access where the float is in the other tank. What tools will I need?

I have a 2003 XC-90 that needs the fuel pump replaced. I have the pump but I cannot locate the access panel to expose the pump. I was told that it is under the third row of seats, then the second row of seats. Where is the panel located? Do I need to remove any seats? Any tips on changing the pump?
