Thank you for your reply, perhaps I miss- led which hose to replace, it was the short one ( about 3 inches and 45mm internal diameter from the twin feeder water piopes on each side of the vee under the manifold. I got a suitable length/D hose from a local source and removed/refitted the manifold etc...

760 v6 1989 I have to replace the large diameter cooling hose from rear of water pump underneath inlet manifold assembly.
