ok, so I did find some similar issues and talked to a few friends. After finding the starter,hahaha, not in the usual right side like older american cars. I checked the positive cable, there was some corrosion on it so I cleaned it up. Not sure if this will solve the problem but I will let you know....

If I hold the key in the on position, usually after about 20-30 seconds it will finally turn over...
