I just notice yesterday that my arrow is on and while i was driving it felt different. Is it still safe for me to drive knowing this cause im in the process of finding someone to d a diagnostic test.or should i be doing something else to try to get that light off.

i have a 2000 volvo v40 and the speedometer havent worked since i purchased it. is this something thats gonna cost me a whole lot of money? what do you suggest for me to do? in my town there's noone really here that deals with europeans vehicals and the next major dealer is over 2 1/2 hours from me....
