I dont hear anything other than the fuses clicking, So you are saying bad ground on the solniod?

I have a 86 740 turbo. It wont start. It says it has a full charge with a charger hooked up all day. I replaced the alternator and fixed all the battery post and cables. Everything comes on fine "radio, lights, windows, locks". I also checked all of the fuses as well. It just will not even...
