86 740 turbo wont start

I have a 86 740 turbo. It wont start. It says it has a full charge with a charger hooked up all day. I replaced the alternator and fixed all the battery post and cables. Everything comes on fine "radio, lights, windows, locks". I also checked all of the fuses as well. It just will not even start to turn over. It is the starter? could it be a relay? Please help anybody.

Bad ground,Does the starter click?

I dont hear anything other than the fuses clicking, So you are saying bad ground on the solniod?

The fuses don't click but relays and solenoids do.

Read my reply on this problem in check starter.
