Ok thanks. There wont be as much bass with the 4" as opposed to the 5.25", but i should be putting a sub in there anyway, so it might work out well anyway with those putting out more treble.

I ordered the 4" speakers from crutchfield, but they are already being proceesed and are on their way. I dont think that i can cancell the order, get my money back, and then re-order the 5.25" ones, can I?

Well i already spent $130 on new door speakers, so i guess they are going to do. That was already a little more than i wanted to spend... but oh well.

Well... if the both blew out at the same time, i guess thats suspect for something in the deck... but you could check the actualy speakers with one of those electrial current tester things to see if by chance the speakers just happened to die. It will also tell you if any current is actually reachin...
