Hi all -
Thankfully haven't had to come on here in a while, but a sweep through the fault codes on my 1993 850 GLT has prompted me to post. I used your webpage here to look up the fault codes.
A1) 124 (Mode selector faulty of short circuit to GND)
A1) 143 (Kickdown switch faulty or short to GND)
A3) 213 (Not listed??)
A3) 214 (Not listed??)
B2) 122 (Speed has not exceeded 22mph or no speed signal) - Also couldn't reset this one on my car
Okay, so with those listed, here are my questions:
1. Can someone explain the A1) 124 & 143 faults to me? What is the function of these parts and what are typical failures here?
2. Why are the A3) 213 & 214 faults not listed on your website? Where can I find out about these fault codes? This is the ABS fault section, so I would like to be able to determine if my brakes need fixing or not...
3. Can someone explain B2) 122 to me as well?
Thank you all so much in advance. Sorry if these are easily searched for. I searched briefly and couldn't find quite what I was looking for. Thanks!

A1 faults sound like the boot on the throttle cable at the firewall is broken. There's a switch in that boot that acts as a full-throttle response to the transmission to drop as many gears as it can for passing acceleration. The sport/econ switch at the shifter may have also have had something spilled in it. Sometimes switching rapidly in between modes will clean the contacts; sometimes it needs to be taken apart and cleaned from the inside.
A3 codes:

It appears you have stuck ABS sensors (B2 explains this as well.) Remove each wheel and take an old tooth brush and carburetor/brake cleaner and scrub the sensor behind each brake disc. Clean the reluctance rings on the axles that they make contact with as well (directly under the sensor).
