Neither my well optioned 2003 V40 and a 2004 V40 I used as a donor vehicle with EVERY option ever had a power passenger seat. Maybe S40 only?

A lot of these cars were built RHD. You could hunt down a power drivers seat from the UK.

89 degrees yesterday, got stuck in traffic for a while, no issues. 1.5 bar overflow cap was the solution. That you again Rick!!!!

Not sure why I have a 0.75 bar cap or why it was on there. Interesting that it was fine when ambient temps were low in the springtime.

Thank you Rick, I'm hoping this is it. I had a 0.75 bar cap on it, so I swapped to a 1.5 bar cap I had on hand this morning. I'll follow up to see if this solves it.

You'll see it says that the part # in question has been discontinued and to use these two other part numbers, 30620749 AND 30850110 . I might go ahead and order them and see what happens. What do you think?
