I have removed the entire fuel injection system and replaced it with a Weber downdraft.

As I was making the swap, I started the car with the Weber and B20E fuel injection distributor. I removed the distributor and sold all the fuel injection parts on Ebay.

I suspect you are correct about not setting the dash back to zero, based on where the needles sit when the car is off. The dash has definitely been removed.
