Got it... the central locking/delayed inside lighting relay was a red herring. I pulled it, and that line was still high. so I pulled the relay box and fuse box. the fuse box was cooked. I have replaced the electrical portion of the ignition switch with a brand new one. Did not fix the problem. The warning indicator lights stay on even with the electrical portion of the ignition switch completely removed.
