Alright, thanks everybody for the help. I don't think I'll be replacing the evaporator core, but it was nice to find that I can pretty easily recharge my A/C myself.

Hi all- I've got a 1996 Volvo 850 GLT (nonturbo) with 93,000 miles on it. The car runs great, but the one thing that doesn't run great is the air conditioning.
