Where is the location of the oil filter on a 2005 S80 Diesel and what is the black housing just to the side of the dip stick that has a large nut on it?

Where is the fuel filter on my 2005 S80 Diesel? Is there any set procedure for changing it or do you just take the old one off and put the new one on and no bleeding the system?
