S80 Diesel oil filter

Where is the location of the oil filter on a 2005 S80 Diesel and what is the black housing just to the side of the dip stick that has a large nut on it?

That is the housing for the paper type oil filter it has a 36mm hex head on the top its usually quite hard to remove but you can buy a socket for about £6 which makes the job alot easier
