Okay here is an update. Last night I tried my self contained battery pack jumper unit to start and it would not start the car. Yes it was charged. This morning I borrowed my neighbors jumper cables. I looked at it again this morning. Messages include steering failure, airbag failure. Car will not start. No cranking, no noise. Can't even get it out of park. Which computer component would be affected. Trying to get an idea before it is towed to a shop.

Our V50 is sitting in the garage and will not start. No clicking, no noise, multiple error messages on information screen to include brake failure and steering system failure. Tried to jump start and nothing happens. Does not turn over. Looks computer related. Any ideas? Car ran fine until just now....
