The cluster is one of the things not working so the self test doesn't work.

Unplug the drivers window and put power straight from the battery to the motor and it works, same with the sunroof. Remove climate control and put power straight to it and it turns on.

Tested everything all fuses and relays are good but still not working.

Thanks for all the input guys! Ill try that later on today. Can you not use a $10k snapon tool to scan the system? Does it have to be a VIDA? If so can you buy a VIDA off ebay like the Tech2 for $400?

OK I cant seem to figure this out... The drivers front window doesn't work, the sunroof doesn't work, the cluster doesn't work, the climate control doesn't work and the turn signals don't work... I cant put power to most of these and turn them on but otherwise they wont turn on.

I appreciate that but I have to have the head off today i dont have time to wait for soemthing to be mailed. All I have left to remove is the exhaust manifolds... Then I believe I can remove the head.

I have an 01 T6 and I need the repair manual for it it has a blown head gasket. Someone has to have copied the manual to PDF and uploaded it online for other people.
