I'm having a problem with the remote mirror switch. Ordered a new one from FCP and that doesn't seem to have been the problem. Would anyone have any ideas?

I understand - I've found the actuator online for $45 - I may just replace the entire actuator. I really appreciate your input.

I'm going to sound stupid here but when you say latch, do you mean remove the door panel and open the actuator? is it easier to replace the thermal swithc with copper rather than replace the actuator?

Has anyone had this problem? when the temps are high (80+), my driver side door locks won't open with my remote. I'm guessing I need to replace the door lock actuators but why do they fail when it's hot. and not when it's cold out? I have a 2000 S70 GLT/SE.
