I have a 1990 740 turbo wagon. It is not getting fuel. I replaced the fuel pump and filter under the drivers seat. Nothing. I have checked the fuses. fine. I took out the relay and opened it up, there is continuity when I close the swith on both sides. When turniong the key the one side clicks close...
