Yes, I can see it, I just can't grip it to turn it. Washer fluid container, harnesses, and braces are in the way.
Does anyone have very specific instructions for this make and model or should I give it up to the dealer?

I need to replace the bulb but can't figure out how to get to it. Searched but no luck finding info. on this site or any other.
