I removed the dashboard environment panel however I was unable to removed the 3 bulbs. I did notice that the top section of the panel for the vent & hazzard switch have two screws also bottom section for the radio. Should I remove the two screws from the top panel to get to the bulbs ...

I need help [/u][/b[/b]]to take off the control panel cover so I can replace the 3 bulbs# 30618412 on my 2003 volvo S40.
Is it possible to take out the center panel only are do I have to take the radio out fist before I can remove the center panel.
