It is beginning to look like I may need a new trans. for my '00 v70 xc. Any opinions on buying used, rebuilding, as options instead of new??

Did the pressure tests, tightened clamps on hoses, had hoses replaced etc.--dealt with it for about 9 months until one of the mechanics I took it to actually checked the reservoir and found it to have a leak. They replaced the reservoir and I have not had any...

I would not recommend buying one. They are extremely unreliable! I have already replaced the ETM once (at 60k) and think I need to have that one now replaced (at 90k).
