Can anyone help with this. 1999 xc with 175000 mi. It has developed a noticeable front end vibration when turning a sharp corner at low speeds. It happens in both directions . The tires are fairly new.

Then a new core it shall be . Thanks for all the advice.

Hi all. I have a '99 XC70 with a leaky heater core. Mist coming out the vents , sweet odor and fog on the windows. I havn't noticed any fluid on the floor. Is there any way to tell if I just need new o rings or the whole heater core.

Hey guys, I have the exact same problem and it's driving me to drink ! 1999 xc70 /w 150k . Replaced plugs cleaned MAF and about to clean throttle body. I'll be watching to see if we can work this out.

Cleaned the MAF and the problem still remains. I'll go over the stage 0 and think about cleaning the throttle body soon.

Checked belt position and condition while I cleaned the MAF sensor .The belt has not passed the edge of the pulleys and is not frayed , it is only one eight of an inch off the inside of the pulleys. There is no unusual noise coming from the engine either.
