Are you talking about the welded nut for the upper shock mount? If so you may need to grind off the bolt head. I think with 2 people you could get someone under the car to hold the nut. Access is not the greatest though. I Sprayed the part of the bolt that projects thru the nut with penetrating oil...

I was replacing my rear struts I did one already when I got to the left side I was removing the bolt and the welded nut below snaped and now it's just spinIng around I tried putting a vise grip on it but no help
