I bought a PCV kit and replaced all the vacuum elbows as well and CEL went away. And I've been driving around like that for a week and still no CEL. Everything is good.. Thanks. Taking intake manifold was kinda beyoochi though.

I found the issue. Like jblackburn said, I found the cracked hose on the fuel tank. Sorry the pictures are not so clear. My dell phone doesn't take very good pictures.
