Thanks misha.
(Sorry, I originally typed V70, when I meant S70. I need more sleep. I edited my original post to reflect this.)

Re: Rough Idle - Limp home mode
So, I hooked up a voltmeter to the battery after the car had been off more than 24 hours. The readout was 12.55V. Started it up and the ETS light was on, still no codes. The readout of the battery fluctuated between 13.8-13.9V. Turned on the radio and cranked the heater, battery read 13.5-13.8V. The...

Rough Idle - Limp home mode
2000 S 70 - Turbo Past History: Car drove fine. Had an intermittent ETS light & Check Engine Light (P0422- went away on its own, P1332- see below). No change in drivability or other symptoms. Ran this way flawlessly for quite a while, so I didn't worry about it. Had a coolant leak, so I replaced...

2000 s70 How do I remove the cam cap?
I am trying to get to the seal for my camshaft, but I can't figure out how to get the cap off.
It's part 1397381. I have a replacement cap, so I am not worried about destroying the old one.
Any tips??

Re: Does this sound like a fuel pump problem?
Thanks Guys!
I was able to track down where the fuel pump relay was and replace it. I replaced it a few days ago, and seems to be running fine now, kinda hard to say since it was a kind of intermittent problem.

Does this sound like a fuel pump problem?
I think I might have a problem with my fuel pump, but I am unsure. I've been having intermittent problems with starting my 2000 S70 (2.4L Turbo). It's making noises like it is trying to start, but doesn't seem to fire (forgive me, I am just really learning about car stuff). If I press the valve on t...
