Hello everyone: I have a 2006 XC90. The ac air is blowing out of the defrost area and not the vents. this dose not happen all the time some times it works ok. rear air works. Any one knows what is happen ?

intercooler, the turbo output air goes through to be cooled. It is a radiator only air is inside instead of coolant.

Front way up on jack stands or on a lift, the cond goes out the bottom and you need height for it to clear.
Drop pan under rad/cond/IC.
Use the new part as a guide to locate the bolts you are after.
You should be able to leave rad in place but the IC as I recall will have to be hung with baling ...
