Since I had the leak, I'm sure all the fluid is fresh and I didn't see any foaming in the fluid tank. Pump worked fine before. I've read that there is a valve of some kind in the pump that can clogged. I don't know if that's anything you can access or if the pump has to be removed and taken apart to ...

Mine has a small cut/crack (about 1/4") in the rubber section just below the ferrule that connects the two rubber sections.

Thanks so much for the feedback everyone. Right now it is leaking bad enough to keep me off the road. That video gave me some hope, but I can't imagine trying to do it without being able to actually get your hands in there. I tried a temporary repair, but it failed right away. Need to regroup...

Hi, I've got a leaking high pressure power steering line (rubber section). I read someplace that you have to drop the sub-frame to replace it. I'm really hoping that's not the case. No lift, no garage, etc. 04 V70R M66
