Thanks, I appreciate the diagram although it's kinda hard to read any numbers. The thing in the top left corner, is that supposed to be the fuse box? If so I think that's from an S70 because it looks different than the one in the C70 (separated into 2 boxes instead of a single large one).

I just bought a '99 volvo C70, only to find that the power seats don't work AT ALL. This is on both passanger and driver's side, there is no motor noise or anything at all, and the heated option still works. I would assume this would be a fuse but nothing I can find ...
