I ordered a new upper motor mount and install this weekend. While I'm in there I'll rewrap the wires.

This weekend I changed the spark plugs on my 2000 S80 2.9 and the looming around the wires connecting to the coils was so brittle, it would just break when touched.

Should I replace the looming or is it ok to have the wires exposed without it?

I'm looking for some tips on how to replace the J-tube. I got the CEL P0442 and thanks to this forum, found that the J-tube had a crack. I tried for an hour to remove it but no good. Can someone provide some hints on how to remove it.
