I spoke with the service mngr earlier today and he said the hours charged are based on the Volvo service book and even though the hours are listed on the invoice it's a predetermined amount. I suppose I'm still living in the 60's. $150 an hour is what the chief neurosurgeon was bringing home back then. Oh well, time to transport to the present time and pay the bill.

The car was in and out in 3.5 hours. The labor portion of the charges is $559. I guess it seems high so I'm asking for opinions regarding value...
