I changed mine by removing throttle body but it’s a4 4.4l

No dipstick just plug Lucas is good stuff

Springs were about 1/4 inch shorter struts were same length it only makes noise when backing out of parking space it will make noise when turning wheel and when wheel is straight no noise while driving

No codes new fluid from Volvo dealer put almost a quart of Lucas Transmission Slip Fix in seems fine now I think solenoid was sticking

Ok it was a whole assembly but the springs were wrong so I swapped them out

New struts and mounts with original springs I think it’s sway bar bushing or maybe inner tie rod it was not as tight as other side

It looks like the springs are wrong going to swap out

I put new aftermarket complete front struts on it is v8 with regular suspension now front end lower than back could the new strut be too far down in steering knuckle it looks the same as old or did I get wrong springs I still have old ones I need about an inch

I have an 07 S80 when starting from stop and when turning to back out of a parking spot getting a noise that sounded like strut mount replaced both struts with complete assembly sway bar links and control arms with bushings and ball joints didn't make a difference same noise any ideas?

Hi when down shifting and accelerating torque converter unlocks and transmission slips or could it not be going int gear properly was hard downshifting once in a while now this if I baby the car seems fine
