The CD player isn't working. It won't play any CD. I try to eject the CDs and get a CD ERROR message. I tried popping out the fuses to reset but it didn't help any. Anyone have any ideas? If not, can someone describe the steps to remove the player? I saw someone comment that it isn't too difficult. ...

I had experienced similar symptoms... accelerate and a thud could be heard. The shop tried several things but it was the passenger side ball joint. Finally fixed it!
