update I disconnected the battery nd checked it, it was at 12.2 volts which i believe is good but just to be safe I put it on a trickle charge this morning and now I put it back in and everything is good except that an srs airbag service urgent warning came up. any ideas?

HI I just purchased a 99 s80 for my son and everything was fine, then the ABS module problem happened. I read through all the post and they are great I had no problem removing the unit and getting a rebuilt one (sorry matt I didn't know you did them) It had all the symptoms no speedo/ Brake failure ...
