Re: Oil Trap service done...oil still being pushed up dipsti
I bought a can of SeaFoam. What is the best method to use this on an S80 T6?? intake using a vacuum line? if so which vacuum line? Oil? or Gas?
I have seen some people use 1/3 of the can in the gas tank 1/3 in the oil and 1/3 in through the intake, is this the best method?

Sweet I will get me a leakdown tester!!! I would prefer that method because you don't need 2 people to do the job... where as the compression test I will need 2 people. I don't think I need a compression test right now. The thing I don't like..... my motor has a serious issue. I thought being a Volv...

Re: Oil Trap service done...oil still being pushed up dipsti
Ok I took it all apart for the 3rd time and I am convinced that it's not a blockage with the PCV system. I cleaned all the ports in the block and took some pictures. Everthing checks out and dosent looked blocked at all in my opinion. Have a look see: http://s1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc515/shopow...

No I didn't push the crud in the lower port on the block back into the sump. I might have to take my 3rd attempt at this... What type of cleaner should I use to clean this crud? I will try to rev it and feel the pressure at the top of the dipstick, and re-post Here are com pictures of my work s1215....
