Hey guys, I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Even a point in the right direction would be great help. I don't even know what I should be checking or looking into to.
Thanks.

2000 Volvo S80 Cranks but won't start
Hello everyone, I turned on my car in the afternoon yesterday and it cranked but it did not start. I turned it off and tried again; this time it cranked longer than it normally does but it did start at the end. This is not the first occurrence, it happened a couple of times before. I have no problem...

S80 Power Steering Fluid Flush
Hey Guys, I have a 2000 Volvo S80 2.9 and its leaking from the reservoir and the hose connection. It has ATF in it right now (never been flushed) and I was thinking I should flush the system when I replace the reservoir and the hose. Volvo says I should use ATF but I read that ATF causes leaks. I wa...

Re: odometer and speedometer drop out randomly
90% of the time this is an issue with the ABS Module. I would recondition it or get it reconditioned and see what happens. If you never repaired the ABS Module before, this is a part that WILL fail at some point usually in the 130-170k range so I would try fixing this and see what happens. Also, it ...

Re: The infamous AC Clutch Issue
I'm not sure I understand you correctly. You are saying it is ok to have a lower clutch gap than spec?

The infamous AC Clutch Issue
I am having AC problems where if it is really hot outside, it works for 10mins then suddenly blows humid air and then after that just hot air comes out. Having read many posts about it, I am guessing this is happening because the gap in the compressor clutch is too wide for the magnet to engage it. ...

Re: Problems after XemodeX installation
OK guys, I tried the high octane gas but it only helped a little. The car was still throttling and the RPMs were still going up and down. I got lazy and left it alone for a while. Recently, I got a check engine light for bad fuel mixture in Bank 1 and 2. After reading a billion forum posts, I decide...

Re: Strange AC Problems (and it's freaking hot)
Hey guys,
I am having the same problem and I have decided to fix it by using mechanic's wire. My question is after I am done what happens if the clutch gap is lower than the spec (.4-.3mm)? what if it is something like 0.2mm or 0.1mm? will that matter?
Thanks in advance.

Re: S80 Non-Turbo Transmission. Should I worry?
So I just checked my transmission fluid level and I see some bubbles. Its not foamy or anything but there are a few bubbles. The color and the level look normal and there is no burnt smell.
Any ideas as to where the bubbles are coming from?

How often should I be changing the ATF and the filter?
