I am trying to update from factory to aftermarket speakers on a volvo 850GLT, does anyone know what size all the speakers in the car are?

Also, any recommendation on brand?

I currently have the original 15" rims on my 850; I considered buying some 17X7 (link is below); however, I read in some of the postings on here that it is not recommended. So, I am thinking of just lowering the car. Any suggestions on some inexpensive struts, springs, etc.?
