It runs extremely rough for the first two minutes, however afterwards it runs very smooth. The last tune up was within the last 3 months.

I will have to pull the codes tonight don't have my tester on at work. Any guesses for the time being?

I have tried pulling the codes when it is in no-start mode and got nothing. When I leave work today I will try unplugging the MAF before cranking and post back however, I just replaced my MAF a month or so ago.

Well i didn't swap the ECU i swapped the TPS. The whole no start issue just randomly started while i was on break one day. I am thinking it is something to do with the key/ignition switch the more i read on it.

What am I looking at price wise to have this fixed? I know it can't be swapped out with a new piece correct? I will have to go to a dealer?
