I didn't realize you could get the "stealership" to lower their price when confronting them with competitor prices. Are you talking about Canadian locations? Has this always worked for you?

Could someone please advise on how to remove the dashboard panel for the hot/cold air controls. I can get the radio out so do you go from there?
