Hi every body I got 01s80 window used to go down and not roll up I would have to disconnect the battery for it to go up now it doesn't move either way any ideas

i start my car in the morning as soon as the engine warms up its start idling down & up it goes from 600rpm up to 950/1000rpm and goes on like this even when slowing down, it revs way up and pushes the car forward
can you give me any idea whats going on
