I already replaced the heater core. I'm just trying to hook it back up to the hoses inside the engine, but I'm not sure which hoses because I didn't disconnect them.

My mechanic bypassed the heater core while I was determining if I wanted to junk or keep and repair my Volvo after the heater core cracked. I decided to keep it and replaced the heater core myself.
