I have a loud whistling noise comming from the engine on my 2002 volvo s80 non turbo. I pulled the dip stick and the noise went away. From what I'm reading it might be a problem with my crankshaft vent. Don't know much about a crankshaft vent or how expensive of a fix it is.

I was at the dealership the other day and they recommended that i replace the inner tie rod ends.... should i replace the inner tie rod ends and outer tie rods at the same time or what?
