Hi,
I have a 99 v70 and the same thing happens to me the only difference is only my brake and abs lights come on, sometimes before the gauges drop and sometimes right after. still don't know what the problem is.

I went out to check the fuel pressure I put the gauge on the stem just to make sure I was looking at the right spot then I got in and the car started and ran so I got out and put the gauge on the stem and it read 60psi. I took the car on several errands and it seemed to run fine. Today Sunday ...
