I was able to google the relay location and found it under the dash on the firewall above the brake pedal. Removed it and no more door chime. The warning lights have never stayed on again. Problem appears to be solved for now.

I removed all of the 100 series lights and the warning lights remained on. They are off now even though I did nothing to correct the situation. Now, just the door chime keeps constantly ringing. I'll remove the 207 relay when I can find this bank of relays. Where are these located at?

Yes on the 106 relay. I removed all of the 100 series relays at the same time and the dash lights were still on. They are off now for whatever reason and the door chime is staying on constantly. I don't know where the 200 series relays are at on the car. Let me know where those are and I will remove...

This was solved as a bad starter. Replaced the starter and no problems since.

I haven't been able to resolve this problem yet. This only happens when the engine is warm. Engine cranks for a few seconds, then goes into spin mode with no compression. There is fuel to the engine.
