@regent, thanks for the good info. You're right, I agree about VIDA DiCE. I'm just bummed because the car won't make the drive to the dealership and I'll have to have it towed, which could be more money down the drain if it can't be fixed.

I figured I better start a new post, as these issues have evolved.

My tranny is slipping and won't go for more than 10 minutes or on any sort of an incline. This is what I have done:
1- Lower tranny mount (it was trashed)
2- Drain and fill until fluid is clean/clear
3- B4 Servo Cover

OK, so today I got my B4 servo cover and lower tranny mount from IPD. I took of the servo cover, which is in no way a 30 minute job if you've never done it before, and it looked like new so I didn't replace it. I took a picture and wish I knew how to upload it.
