I just put new front struts and strut mounts on my 98 s70 but why are they so noisy? it sounds like a Snapple bottle cap when driving and I double checked everything and its all right. Anyone ever have this problem and know of a simple fix?

no I don't think its that because when I jump the system at the relay the compressor kicks on and cold air comes out the vents, its something electrical I just don't know where and it has a new relay in it

I jumped the low pressure switch and jumped the relay to get the compressor to turn on. I have 35 psi in the system. I reconnect the low pressure switch and put a brand new a/c relay in. all functions work on the ecc no lights flash. With a/c on, the compressor still doesn't turn on

no the system doesn't work when I jump the low pressure switch and I check the relay and 13v are coming out of 1,2, and 3. Does this sound like a bad relay?

do you think it could be a bad relay or does it sound more like the low pressure switch? I would hate to buy parts that aren't needed?

ok, so now everything seems good with the ecc, no lights are flashing. I jumped the low pressure switch and made sure I had enough Freon in it and we are good but the compressor and fan don't kick on and when I jump the relay only the compressor kicks on. Where else should I look to next??

There is refrigerant in the system and it barely gets cold when I do jump it
