The overdrive relay was replaced, that solved my problem until the switch went bad. I added an on off push button to the console and it works fine.

Still having cold start problems. Took car to volvo shop. They changed head sensor and the idle speed regulator. Starts OK when warm. This am it did not want to start, eventually did start. Any thoughts here?

Car is 91 wagon, b230f motor with 225,000 miles. It has been maintained by a local Volvo repair shop, for the big stuff, and normal maintenance I do.
