hi Guys, im on a role today, what is the milage between timing belt replacments??? also, do i need to change the water pump and pulleys for timing belt in the mean time......??i love my volvo, it's the 3rd one ive owned......

its that time and i need to replace the front and rear shocks on my volvo s40....i want to do it myself instead of sending it to a shop......how hard is it and what does it involve as to what i need to remove or take apart.....any help is really appreciated....
