Overdrive not working
It is not the button, the over drive off light stays on and it never engages. Is there a simpel thing i could do like cross 2 wires and just have over drive on permenately? What is useully the problem when overdrive will not engage.

87 240 wont start
When I turn the key it makes no noise at all. I can jump a wire from the battery to the starter and it will start right up, but i cannot find any faults in the wireing leading to the starter. Dose this mean its the solinoid? Also To remove the starter how do I get to the 2 bolts holding it on? They ...

wich lead on the tank sender do I disconect? I disconected each one and then I did a number of combonations but none of them afected the fuel gauge. Also how do I get to the back of the gauge panel? Engine Ticking
When my engine is idleing I can hear a faint high speed ticking, the ticking speeds up at higher rpms. I can olny hear the ticking from the engine compartment not inside.
