Hi, I live on Curacao and have imported a XC 90 from Miami to Curacao (Island in the Caribbean). Recently our Volvo dealer stopped it's business here. My CEM needs replacement (water damage) but then the new CEM needs to be programmed by a authentic Volvo dealer. But unfortunately that is not possib...
