2004 XC 90 T6 CEM defect: new programming

2004 XC 90 T6 CEM defect: new programming

Hi,

I live on Curacao and have imported a XC 90 from Miami to Curacao (Island in the Caribbean). Recently our Volvo dealer stopped it's business here. My CEM needs replacement (water damage) but then the new CEM needs to be programmed by a authentic Volvo dealer. But unfortunately that is not possible anymore. Does anybody know a solution? Is it possible to take the old CEM out, send it to a company and have the new CEM programmed with the existing data? and the ship this new CEM to Curacao and install it in the Car?
